Cuts perfect circles for 57mm size badges. Just insert the paper and press the handle down. This model is designed to be used with thicker PHOTO PAPER. It cuts a slightly smaller circle (56.515mm) so that the thicker paper is not forced to entirely wrap around the edge of the badge. If you want to make badges with normal copy paper, please choose the other 57mm NORMAL cutter.
