Used to punch a hole though the 152mm badge so that the clock can be inserted.
The clock punch is inserted into the upper die of the 152mm badge machine. The cutting board is placed into the pick-up die. The finished 152mm badge is the placed face up in the pick-up die over top of the cutting board. The table is then turned so that the clock punch is centered above the badge, when the handle is pulled, a circle is punched though the center of the badge.
